Terms of Service

By accessing or using Postezi (“the Service”), operated by ByteMind, SIA (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Postezi is a social media management platform that allows users to compose, schedule, and publish content to multiple social media platforms including Bluesky, LinkedIn, Threads, and X/Twitter. The Service also includes AI-assisted draft generation, GitHub repository integration for automated content creation, a REST API, MCP server access, and team workspace collaboration.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You register using your email address via a magic sign-in link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bytemind.lv if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with plans including Creator, Growth, and Pro. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Billing is processed by our payment provider, Creem. By subscribing you authorise Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the applicable rate.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the limits permitted by your subscription plan
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content

By connecting a social media account you grant us permission to publish content on your behalf via that platform's API. You remain solely responsible for all content published through your account. We are not responsible for any actions taken by connected platforms, including account suspensions or API changes that affect the Service.

The GitHub integration allows Postezi to read repository events and generate draft posts using AI. By connecting a GitHub account you grant us read access to the selected repositories solely for the purpose of generating content. We do not store your source code beyond what is transiently required to process a single webhook event.

You retain full ownership of any content you create or publish through the Service. You grant ByteMind, SIA a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

The Postezi platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ByteMind, SIA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

The Service uses AI language models to assist with content drafting. AI-generated content is provided as a draft for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

API and MCP server access is subject to rate limits defined by your subscription plan. You may not use the API to build competing products or to circumvent plan restrictions. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or policy violations.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Social media platform API availability is outside our control and may affect Service functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByteMind, SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteMind, SIA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data from our systems. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
